Replacement
If an item that you ordered was damaged in shipping:
Step 1. Send us an email at info@sewingpartsguru.com or call our customer service team at 1800 680 1146 and let us know about the issue. We will ship a replacement right away at absolutely no cost to you.
Step 2. If we need the damaged item back, there will be a prepaid return label inside the box with the replacement item. All you need to do is place the damaged item in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!
If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item:
Step 1. Send us an email to info@sewingpartsguru.com or call our customer service team at 1800 680 1146 and let us know about the issue. We will ship you the correct item right away at absolutely no cost to you.
Step 2. There will be a prepaid return label inside the box included with the correct item(s) that you ordered. All you need to do is place the incorrect item(s) in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.
